I found this podcast so poignantly and beautifully done. It had the components of a good “whodunit” but I discovered that what it was really about was Denise’s sister Karen and her story. Growing to know and love her was the best part of this podcast. Well done and thank you for sharing her story so well. Make more!
Wow. Great Detective work.

I’ve never heard a host connect and immerse himself in a story like this. He essentially helps to solve the case through personal connections he develops along the way. Every episode left me wanting to know what happened next.
The Binge - season 11

This is my first introduction to this podcast and I’m extremely impressed. It centered the subject of the case and the people who loved her as opposed to the host and their feelings. Crime podcasts have been a hit or miss with regards to that for me—while it’s impossible for the host or narrator not to include their opinions or feelings, it’s also not appropriate for that to be the driving force of the podcast. The Binge feels like one of those rare podcasts that hits the mark. Host Anthony and his relationship with Denise’s family felt so genuine and special; I found myself tearing up. Denise seemed like a wonderful, regular, everyday American girl and it’s a travesty her case was fumbled the way it was. The Binge attempts to right this wrong while also showing the devastating aftermath violent crimes have on the victim’s loved ones. The Binge has a new fan and subscriber.

Anyone else curious if the guy who drove by Karen at the bus stop and gawked at her was Cortingham? Did anyone ask him about the car he drove during that time?
