    As May comes to an end, the gang sits down to talk about their mental health journeys throughout the years. Touching on topics like retail therapy (6:35), overloading with stimulus to avoid emotional processing (25:53), carving out time to recharge (35:55), and shopping for therapist while going through chaos (42:42).
