    126: Color of Night

The fact that this film was even made, much less with Bruce Willis, is unbelievable. The only version available is the unrated directors cut. Good luck finding the original theatrical version. (If you do, Barry is interested in knowing where you found it.) We discuss the history of erotic thrillers, how Bruce Willis was able to succeed even though he made films like this, and all the ways this film goes over the top and just keeps going. Willis plays the worst psychoanalyst who, after a client kills herself he ends up stealing his colleagues therapy group. We get into the details of the therapy group, the longest sex scene in cinema, what makes this film gratuitous and why is could have been a comedy. Timecodes: Intro: What is film noir? 03:25: Color of Night wants to be "Basic Instinct" 06:50: Willis is unstoppable 08:45: Could this have been a prequel to "The Sixth Sense"? 10:00: A Disney Movie? 15:55: Bill and Bob 17:55: Psycho therapy group participants 20:18: It could have been a comedy 28:50: Who's scared to say erection? 30:35: The longest sex scene 41:12: Are they all dating the same person? 55:00: Identities revealed 01:03:00: What we would change This is Season 3, Episode 22.
