I’m 10 years into my commercial real estate finance career and the first time working for a bank. This podcast helps me understand the big picture of what’s going on in the industry. I’m lower level so they don’t loop me in here at the bank on much, and this macro level understanding helps me to improve at my job.

Informative podcast with insightful information about the banking industry and how to succeed in today’s market. The Riches to Niches episode was especially good.

I can not say enough good things about this podcast. It has empowered me to be a better RM for my client by educating me on a larger view of banking. Additionally I am challenged by the content to find ways to improve customer relations and serve them and their goals with all my passion, drive and effort. EVERY commercial RM needs to subscribe and listen.
