She lives in North San Diego, California with her Husband, 3-year-old son and 5-year-old French bulldog. She's an extrovert, Enneagram Type 1, who thrives on connecting with others, a creative, foodie, and a huge go getter!

As Mothers, we each have our own unique strengths, weaknesses, and story to tell, and her fitness routine and journey with the Peloton Community has inspired her to show up in all areas of her life with strength. As a working mom, she practices self care and self love as a commitment to taking care of herself and her mental health.
