Social on the Sidelines

Finally caught up with the podcast after being about 15 or so episodes behind. Thoroughly enjoy listening to the pod and hearing the story of the individuals has been very welcoming. For me, who has heavy interest in this field I was able to pull some great tidbits from what everyone has to say. Even though I might always agree with some of the things they had to say, if helps you think of different ways. The pod also helped spark some ideas for me, that I had to jot down for future reference to do for myself personally and/or professionally. Keep the episodes coming. Very happy I was finally able to catch up. This is truly a must listen.

Common misconception is that behind every brand, especially sports teams, are lowly interns. Baz and Amara do an exceptional job disproving that narrative. They bring on very interesting, thoughtful, and smart guests that embody some of the best in social. Also love that they dig into important and insightful topics like mental health, story telling, brand building, strategy, design and how to get into the business. Thank y’all!

As a college student interested in the field, this podcast gives a great perspective to what it's like in the industry, pros and some cons as well. Shahbaz and Amara if you're reading this, keep doing what you're doing, because it's great!
