Hope Renewed: Empowering Women Through the Seasons of Change

In this episode, we explore the groundbreaking program known as The Female Blueprint Demystified, pioneering a holistic approach to empower women in Northeastern Pennsylvania and beyond.

Joining us are Barbara Plucknett, M.D., Patricia O. Cummings, L.P.C., and Christie Estadt, C.H.E.K. exercise coach and owner of Body Blueprint Fitness, Health, and Wellness. Together, they are revolutionizing women's health by addressing the trifecta of challenges faced by women in their 40s and 50s: metabolism, hormones, and emotions.

As women navigate the stages of perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause, they encounter a myriad of obstacles affecting every aspect of their lives. From exhaustion and stress to weight gain and sleepless nights, these issues impact their ability to thrive both mentally and physically.

These women will be on a panel discussion at the upocmoing Empower Conference. These experts will shed light on how imbalances in metabolism, hormones, and emotions can hinder women's success in various roles, including entrepreneurs, business owners, employees, spouses, mothers, daughters, volunteers, and friends.

The Female Blueprint Demystified isn't just another program—it's a lifeline for women who have sought answers elsewhere, only to find fragmented solutions. Dr. Plucknett, Patricia Cummings, and Christie Estadt work synergistically to uncover the root causes of these issues and provide personalized strategies for each woman's journey towards optimal wellness.

Take a listen as we embark on a transformative journey, empowering women to take charge of their health, reclaim their vitality, and thrive in every facet of their lives. Giving us all hope when we feel hopeless!

Great tool for parents of any youth sport

My boys play hockey not basketball. The information is relatable and helpful for any youth sport. We are just entering the world of serious training and what it takes for college recruitment. I feel like a first time parent all over again. It’s great to have insight and ideas to bring back to my boys to help us navigate the next step for young athletes.
