the life after trauma podcast has helped me so much. my grandma has parkinson’s (much like your grandpa) and recently she broke her hand from a fall, was in multiple bad nursing homes, and a lot more. i thank you so much for this because your podcasts help me get through tough times and help me articulate my thoughts.

I’ve loved each episode. Gemma thoughtful and artfully guides the listener through a relevant and important topic with the help of an expert guest. It is easy to relate to the subject matter when guided by Gemma. I have enjoyed research into some topics deeper and utilizing the recommendations for something to read, watch and listen to. I’ve been able to modify my behavior in some areas and feel like a more engaged and responsible citizen. I’d love an episode on the oil and gas industry, the politics of nato and how that relates to the Ukraine. Thanks for your engaging and important work!
