Very good episode on how we as believers need to exercise the fruits of the Spirit and to be aware of those that come in sheep’s clothing. Slapping a Jesus label on it has fooled me on more than one occasion. Thank you for serving others and furthering Gods Kingdom. Note: I was driving so I couldn’t take notes but what I took away was being nice and kind are two different acts and I loved it!

I love Angela’s content, I’ve been a longtime listener, but I do have to defend my faith when she says things like “Mormons don’t believe in Christ as the Son of God, they see him as some sort of prophet.” That is absolutely false. We believe that there is NO other way man can be reconciled with God than through Jesus Christ. He is Divine. He is God’s Only Begotten Son. 2 Nephi 2:6 - “Wherefore, redemption cometh in and through the Holy Messiah; for he is full of grace and truth.” Alma 11:40 - “And he shall come into the world to redeem his people; and he shall take upon him the transgressions of those who believe on his name; and these are they that shall have eternal life, and salvation cometh to none else.” Helaman 5:9 - “yea, remember that there is no other way nor means whereby man can be saved, only through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, who shall come; yea, remember that he cometh to redeem the world.” I think a more thorough study of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints would reveal to Angela that our doctrine has a lot more in common with hers that she thinks. 💕

I really enjoy most of your episodes. I do however wish you’d quit using Catholics as negative examples for your talks. I am a convert and most of us are far from the picture you try to paint. I am very sorry you had such a bad experience in school but if I based my belief and faith on the Protestant churches I’ve been in, then I wouldn’t even be a Christian. Maybe check out Allie Beth and how she conducts herself when speaking about and with Catholics. Not only is she respectful towards them but also has many Catholic friends.

recently came across this podcast after angelamarie’s interview with lecrae and now i’m hooked! it answers some questions that i’ve had for a long time and it is also building up my faith in ways that i never thought it would! slowing going through the whole show episode by episode! thank you angelamarie for being obedient to the call of Christ on your life and being bold for the advancement of the Kingdom!
