In this episode,I’m sharing something very personal. Sylvia Plath's deeply impactful poem Daddy, which has always resonated with me on a profound level. Alongside it, I’m including a letter I wrote to my father—a raw, honest expression of my own thoughts and emotions. Lastly, you'll hear the recording of me reading Daddy on May 22, 2023. This poem, with its haunting imagery and intense emotion, speaks to themes of pain, loss, and the complex relationships we have with those who shaped us. For me, reading Daddy out loud that day felt like a moment of release and reflection. It's not just about Plath's words, but also about the personal connections and struggles that we all carry within us.
