Workers there had found a dead woman’s body while sorting through trash. Detective Trapp identified the woman as Jarrae Estepp, a 21-year-old sex worker. The detective bought a rosary and made a promise to Jarrae’s mother that she would track down her killer. It turned out there wasn’t just one killer, but two, and not just one victim, but as many as five. In this episode, Keith Morrison catches up with now Sergeant Trapp to discuss what she’s been up to since appearing on Dateline, including an interview with the second of the two serial killers. Always listen to new episodes, the anchors are great. But recommend removing the fluff content (talking dateline, and the episodes with assorted updates). The Verdict Updates are ok.

Love the show and the podcast but someone has to do something about the horrible editing!!! At least three times in most episodes, they repeat seconds or minutes that were just played. Very annoying to have to keep fast forwarding because I’ve just heard this segment. This results in the podcast ending abruptly and often the ending isn’t aired.
