Soundscape as community identity

Welcome to the second episode of the podcast series of The Sound Outside, a project curated by Valeria Caputo and Sara Lenzi where sound designers from all over the world document and reflect on the changes in the urban soundscape during the Coronavirus lockdown. In this episode, Alessia Rapone, Italian journalist and indipendent radio producer from Rome and Chelidon Frame an Italian sound artist and electroacoustic musician from Milan share they thoughts on sounds as a identity of a rediscovered community and how sounds are the mirror of new relationships forgotten and unthinkable before the lockdown.
