Season 3 Episode 2: Food as Comfort and Family Story

In this podcast we explore how food serves as a source of comfort and connection to our family story in unstable times. I speak with Hue-Chan Karels and Chef Erica Tai of Alkeme restaurant in Santa Fe, who share about some exciting ways for the public to participate in our food and stories. I also talk about the great honor of working with the Alkeme team on sharing these cultural experiences with you. I also speak with Jenn Yi of MiYoung Farm who shares how she is preserving recipes and flavors that help her and her daughter stay connected to their family history.
