Southeast Christian Church in Louisville, KY invites you to join us in Connecting with Jesus and one another through our weekly podcast with teaching from Senior Pastor Kyle Idleman.
One at a Time: Proximity Principle
One of the words that best captures the love of Jesus is the word proximity. Jesus warned the religious not to refuse the invitation of living in proximity with Him. As believers, our proximity to God’s heart reflects our proximity to those He loves. Speaker: Kyle Idleman
One at a Time: In Then Through
We want God to do great things through us, but He almost always wants to do something in us first. Maybe the best way to be a person of impact is not to say, “God, what do You want to do through me?” but instead, “God, what do You want to do in me?” Speaker: Kyle Idleman
One at a Time: Zoom Lens
Time and again, Jesus went out of His way for one. It might seem impractical or even reckless, but He was willing to go all in for one. Who is the one we need to focus our attention on finding? How impractical and reckless might we become for one? Speaker: Kyle Idleman
A Call to Holiness: A Call to Holiness
We were made for God such that He has total claim over every facet of our lives, including what we do with our bodies. We are to run from temptation and continually offer our whole persons—our bodies and our hearts—to God for the glory of His name. Speaker: Trip Lee
The Day After Christmas: The Day After Christmas
The ripple effect of one person’s life is impossible to measure. This has never been more true than with Jesus. On this day after Christmas, we want to reflect on just how significant His impact has been by asking: What if Jesus had never been born? Speaker: Kyle Idleman
Empty the Jar: The Sacrifices We Make
From the time Joseph heard the news of Mary’s pregnancy, through living on the run for three years in Egypt, he was constantly giving. Joseph sacrificed his pride, his livelihood, his plans for the future, and his financial security. Speaker: Dave Stone
Today was the first time I visited this church, which is an hour and a half from where I live. Great service. I did know how much I needed to get back to church, until listening to the sermon, flip the switch.
I have been searching for a ‘podcast’ that is strictly religion. I have finally found it, this is so uplifting and relatable. These people just make me so happy and remind me to be humble and continue to give even when I feel I have nothing more to give. And I found this all the way in Arizona while this is based in Kentucky. Just so much love and it hits home every time
Kyle’s word is always spot on
Every week I listen to the sermon and it is always the right word for the right time. Kyle is humble, Gods seeking and wise. I only wish I lived close enough to serve at Southeast.
