How to age happily, with Lynne Bowman
Lynne Bowman wrote a book called Brownies for Breakfast: A Cookbook for Diabetics and People Who Love Them (buy it on Amazon here). We wound up talking mostly about how I could still be happy at my age, because she's older than me and happy. Jay "The Engineer" Yow joined me to interview her - He's the engineer and sidekick on my favourite podcast, The James Altucher Show. You can watch this episode on YouTube here. Recorded April 29, 2022.

Something for everyone
There are lots of topics here for everyone! Josh is engaging and the guests are fascinating. I would love to hear more from the guests but Josh is good at keeping the conversation going.
Insulting and boorish
Insulted the trans and Jewish communities as well as his guest. Very self-centered and boorish. I can not recommend this podcast
