Not for the faint of heart.....

This podcast is for serious athletes who are tired of the traditional approach to weight training and cardio conditioning. I have been a competitive martial artist for over 7 years and, during that time, I have searched for "real world" applicable training and this is one of the very best approaches I have found. After implementing this training for only 2 weeks, I have noticed a substantial increase in my balance, intensity level, and overall fitness. I would highly suggest this workout to intermediate to advanced athletes with some training in olympic lifting and/or plyometric conditioning. Have fun as this is a serious challenge.
