As a Christian, I found this podcast both entertaining, well put together and informative when it comes to God and Satan. God bless!

A nice, self contained, well paced and engaging story.

There are some positives here—the voice actors are uniformly game and many have very melodious timbre to their voices, our lead/narrator most especially. The acting is at many points very stiff, but having listened to a number of other fiction podcasts that some algorithm has pushed at me, I know it gets even worse out there. The production quality and sound design are also both solid. But the writing, both as a story and a script, is deeply, profoundly bad. None of the real-world elements that a really good supernatural story needs as a foundation or backdrop are anything short of absurd. There are passing references to inheritance, healthcare, police procedures, and religion that make it sound as though the author hasn’t even read good fiction touching on these subjects, much less done any research into how any of these real-world systems function. And late in the series, some of the dialogue is laugh-out-loud stupid. I can only assume that this is a vanity press dramatization of a self-published work by an enthusiastic but not at all talented amateur author. I wish the creators the best, and even hope they can make some money, but I’ll be sure to avoid them in future.
