Having hailed from a blue-collar family and upbringing, work-ethic was instilled early and often. After attending college for Communications and earning minors in Advertising and Journalism she began her career in the digital marketing industry, as a content creator. After many years of working for large healthcare corporations, Erica decided to launch her own marketing company in 2013. In 2018, she made her way home and while running her digital agency saw that her family-owned pizzeria was in need of some marketing itself. Erica worked along side her father as a content creator for the business. During this time she revisited her history and heritage with her father and the story of her grandfather, Pietro (Pete) as he opened up D’Arc’s Pizza in 1960.
