We had a chance to chat with Juan Luis from La Coop coffee in Washington DC.   He started a coffee cooperative called ASOCUC and is sharing ethically sourced coffees in the United States.   Juan shares his unique perspective of being a player along all aspects of the coffee supply chain: coffee farm producer, agronomist, cooperative leader, and now roaster.   Hear how he's giving back to the coffee value chain!
