In 2016 I overcame food addiction, depression and lost 53kg (117lbs) by eating only potatoes for the year. The Spud Fit Podcast is all about continued self improvement through talking with others who do things differently and push the envelope. Since 2016 I have helped thousands of others to heal their troubled relationship with food. As of 2023 our brand new Spud Fit Transformation Roadmap is where we lay out the fundamentals of our whole approach, where we lay out step by step how to get from someone who is continually trying and failing to lose weight, to becoming an effortless healthy eater at their core.
