WHAT WENT WRONG

I started listening to the show in September of 2024 and I have 6 episodes to go until I’ve binged them all! What an amazing show about the behind the scenes of film! The hosts have great chemistry, they seem like they’ve known each other their whole lives! I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could!

This is the list informative and engaging podcast about movies, every episode exceeds the last. It is an essential listen for me.

Lizzie is a good broadcaster who has an interesting presentation and is very knowledgeable about the subject matter. Chris seems like a really nice guy and I don’t mean to insult the guy but he’s outclassed on the show, doesn’t know much, is unable to comment on some things if they weren’t “in the documentary [he] watched” and he gets so caught up in the mediocre (at best) impressions he does of his subjects that he slows the show down badly. Chris can improve, but he isn’t there yet. Perhaps if Lizzie and her husband hosted the show and Chris got a sixty second rebuttal at the end, the show would be better.

Seriously this podcast is so fun and fascinating to listen to. Even for the movies I haven’t watched I love hearing all the behind the scenes. As someone who has zero context for the film and television industry aside from being a viewer it’s so interesting to hear about how my favorite movies have gotten made. Keep up the great work Lizzie and Chris!
