Ashley leaves such great nuggets of wisdom and information for hair stylists looking to build their extension clients! She interviews such dynamic stylists with so much to share, and her partner Alex has such excellent marketing advice. I highly recommend their coaching program also!

Went through this course, learned NOTHING I couldn't find on YouTube. It cost $7,500. They tell you they'll build you a website. I NEVER got a website made. They say they have a 30-day refund policy, but when you request a refund, they make you fill out a questionnaire of 30+ questions of PERSONAL information and when you refuse to give them those personal details, they kick you out of the program and stop responding to emails/messages. I only got a response from them because I contacted them about taking LEGAL ACTION after MONTHS of unanswered messages. TL;DR IN THE BEGINNING: - Everyone seems like they've got your back and will help you with whatever you need - They promise you that by the end of the program you'd make $10,000 per month. By the way, if that happened or even close I wouldn't be here right now! They make these promises to hook you in. - A lot of broken promises: They said they'd build me a website and that NEVER happened. They sent me one horrible design, I gave them my feedback and then the designer started ghosting me. I literally never heard from them again and I still have no website til this day.- They promise 90-days of coaching without explaining that the "coaching" = one 30-minute call once/month. WHEN IT WAS CLEAR THE PROGRAM WAS A SCAM: - When it became clear that the "program" was just a bunch of videos to watch on Facebook, I expressed concern to my coach. I told my coach I'm struggling in this program and am not seeing any benefits. My coach told me she'd be my "cheerleader" when in reality, all she asked me was "what are your goals?" without ever helping me understand how to acheive them. That's when my coach directed me to Alex who on-boarded me. By the way, before I signed on, Alex was super available by message/text and as soon as I expressed concern, I got ghosted by Alex. After a while, I heard back and was then instructed me to fill out the refund form. TRYING TO GET A REFUND: - The refund form asks you personal, personal questions and even requires you to send BANK STATEMENTS to prove you haven't earned money after starting the program. {I should have caught on to the red flag of Alex asking me early on how much money I have in my bank account?!?!?!} - I fill out the refund form, excluding the bank statement portions, again, had I earned anything, I wouldn't be here typing this review right now! but because they ghosted me for months, I've now had to take LEGAL ACTION which is costing me even more money!!! MESSAGE TO HAIR STYLISTS: - Use YouTube, take a general marketing course, and do ANYTHING BUT this program. It will leave you $7,500 short and emotionally drained on top of everything else. ★ All the program does is say you should post more on Instagram. As mentioned, RUN don't walk away from these people!

Amazing podcast!! This is great to listen to on a drive or at the gym. A lot of helpful information, you will learn a ton. Highly recommend!!

When I heard these stylists are charging $3K for extensions, my jaw hit the floor! 💁🏽‍♀️💅🏽 If you’re feeling down or need a kick in the pants, you gotta check this out. The tips are gold and the stories are real and raw. I’m obsessed and so are my stylist friends. Trust me, if you’re in the hair game, you WANT & NEED this podcast in your life.
