State AGs Combat ESG

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, joined by ten other Republican-led states, filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Eastern District of Texas against BlackRock, State Street, and Vanguard, accusing them of illegally conspiring to manipulate coal markets.
