It’s the perfect show to do some good habit stacking with (idea from James Clear author of Atomic Habits I think). I’m trying to figure out when to listen to it, maybe for a short walk in my balcony, while I clean my desk to get ready for work? I will be trying to find the perfect habit to match it with. I love this show because as much as I love hearing advice from experts and professionals, I also want to know what other people are normalising doing to make their lives easy. It feels like talking about hard things with some random strangers. I love it! <3
