One Step Beyond: The Cadence Leadership Podcast

What a great podcast! As a woman of color covered in tattoos that grew up on punk and hardcore who is now trying to navigate the corporate world, this is the closest thing I could find that speaks my language. Anyone who has stayed true to their punk roots but is trying to make this world a better place on a scale larger than the classic punk DIY scene needs to give this a listen.

Aram thoughtfully lays out a full range of relevant modern workplace topics and challenges. He also sources great guests who have a lot to share. Impossible to listen to an episode and not feel enriched, informed, and motivated.

Thoughtful and boundary breaking leadership content from the boundary breakers of Cadence Leadership. Listen. Take to heart. And get inspired for a different type of workplace—a different type of world.

Both episodes released so far have contained moments of epiphany for me. Even where the discussion didn’t seem to relate to any situation in my life, I still found it interesting and enlightening. Will listen to every episode from here on out.
