    Wholesaling with John Oitice

    Host Jason Chrisman speaks with John Oitice about his recent success with wholesaling and making north of $45k in one month. Wholesaling is when you contract on a property for a price lower than market, turn around and sell said contract for a higher price with the difference being your profit. The formula is quite simple - 70% of after renovated value minus rehab cost, minus your assignment fee equals the price you need to contract for. Sell to an end buyer, usually investor by adding back your assignment fee, sell the contract and you go to title where you will get your assignment fee wired to you or a check.
