Uncommonly creative nickname ,

Glad I found Stories of Communism!

I stream yall from Denver, CO. The history of Communism has been a “back of my mind” interest for a while. I’m grateful to Erik and Manuel for their time and effort in distilling this vast body of works and introducing us to the source texts that exposed the world to the horrors that were committed under Communist regimes. I’ve kept a list of these texts as I’ve consumed their episodes, and now with both excitement and trepidation I plan on reading each one. The folly of Communism’s principles MUST be understood if we are to avoid repeating humanity’s worst experiments. Keep up the good work, sirs!

Suggestions:
- Post the full name of the author and name of the source text in the description. Or better yet, place link(s) in description to site where source texts can be obtained.
- Keep up the trend of adding more commentary. It helps us apply these principles to our current social and political landscape.

A good beginning to the podcasts

In full disclosure I have to say I have been a friend and colleague of Erik’s for several years. This is a passion project for him originating from the very progressive Portland Oregon area. So often people don’t think critically about what they hear or are taught. Socialism seems to be all the rage with young people. It sounds so compassionate and fair, and yet it’s not. I am firmly convinced that people today have very little idea just how hard life can be under these kinds of systems. The authors are sharing real stories from real people and best of all they encourage the listeners to check out what they say to make up their own minds.

I encourage you to check it out for yourselves and if you like it tell your friends.

Very Relevant Podcast

These two are carrying on history that needs to be learned from. They provide detailed examples of the specific Communist attempts from past and present. I learn a lot. Keep up the excellent work!
