Strictly Roots Vinyl Selection…….Back in the day I ran a record shop in Southend called Bassment Records. My Dad (safe Sid) was a drum & bass head & I sold reggae & soul. When it all started I was unaware of roots music, but became a very quick learner! Here’s a few tunes that I cherished & at some stage sold!! Dedicated to anyone I sold a record too. Either through the shop, or website (UK Reggae) , mailorder (Reggae Direct) or at Brighton record fair.
