Picard drafts children in to Starfleet, Riker plays with Data's head, Worf pretends to be a doctor, and Geordi attempts to space himself and Dr. Crusher after being forced to sing in front of her. Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode of Star Trek “Encounter at Farpoint”

Don't call it a comeback. Because it isn't. This week, ExVee, HeyMickey, Melllvarr, and Moloth return to take a special look at the very first episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. And if you can say one thing about "Encounter at Farpoint," it's that it certainly was the first episode of TNG. It's a shame we didn't brush up on some of the production background of the episode before recording, as that would really have shed some light on some of the issues we raised as we went through. If this is your first episode of That One Episode of Star Trek, I'm sorry. But also, you might like to take a look at the rest of the series in the archives. TOEOST spent 100 episodes lovingly, or sometimes incredulously, deconstructing episodes from all the Star Trek series - including every single episode of Star Trek: The Animated Series! What an achievement! Anyway, if you want to hear more of our thoughts on Star Trek, you'll have to listen to the old episodes, cause no way in hell I'm letting this happen again.

Superhero Time Presents: That One Episode Of Star Trek “Threshold”

The Last One Episode of Star Trek! Voyager's infamous space salamanders episode Threshold marks the 100th episode, and the finale of That One Episode of Star Trek. This is the episode that set the pattern for 99 previous podcasts, and what a ride it's been! What have we seen in this time? Well, jump in to the full post and let's find out! WARNING: Explicit language Since June of 2015, we've gone all across the rich expanse of what Star Trek has to offer, spanning from Planet Africa, Neelix having his lifelong faith painfully stripped away (not to mention his lungs), Nog losing a leg, Piglet being Jack The Ripper and making Scotty murder whores, a comprehensive(?) analysis of the complete run of Star Trek The Animated series, and probably even a movie or two. Oh, and let's not forget the most recent contribution: Powering a starship's experimental drive system with shrooms. It's been a long road, getting from there to here. It's been a long time, but my time is finally here. I can see my dream come alive at last: The podcast is saying good bye. From all of us who have taken part in bringing you Superhero Time in whatever form for the past 8 years (the day of posting is the anniversary of our first episode debut!) thanks for sticking with us! Your loyalty has baffled us for most of a decade. We hope you've enjoyed what we've had to offer, but expect that you probably didn't. And we're perfectly okay with that. And thank you to my friends who joined me in hosting, and the friends I made in the course of this, HeyMickey, Paladin, FortMax, Ken (You know. This is definitely one of my favorite shows on the RFC network. The great personality mingling of the hosts make this show comical and enjoyable even if you don't watch Sentai, but if you do this is a must listen. Superhero Time, listen or else your mom looses a nickel.

Superhero time podcast has all the potential in the world of being a good podcast. if they would just stay on task and review and discuss Tokusatsu shows. Far to much toy talk. I will go as far to say that 80% of the show is toy talk. It would be nice every once in a while if they would talk about the shows that the toys are based off of. Absolutely zero Kyoryuger talk. They don't even a knowledge that the show exist. They seem to like Kamen Rider Gaim but they seem to be more interested in talking about the toys rather then the show. This podcasts redeeming qualities are that they stick to a schedule and post regularly and When they do talk about toku shows that's where the podcasts shines. Like I said at the beginning this podcasts has potential. Just need to review and discuss Tokusatsu show at the beginning of the podcast. Keep toy talk to a minimum. And edit all the other nonsense out.
