Drop Your Buffs: A Survivor Podcast

this is my favorite Survivor pod and they post great content on Instagram too. BUT they keep posting spoilers on Instagram - last two episodes have been spoiled for me because of their grid posts…sigh, have to unfollow. catch you on the pod only, Sean and Evan.

Terrible once they actually get around to talking about something other than their semi charmed lives. Get some self awareness about how you present yourselves. It’s not a good look. Mean girls for sure.

From a quality commentary standpoint, Sean and Evan have always had a fresh perspective on the show; keeping it smart and witty. However, what makes me not appreciate it so much anymore is that the negativity has overtaken the show. Evan seems to absolutely hate the current version of the show, being dismissive about almost anything that happens, and often does not seem interested in talking about survivor and goes in tangents about other pop culture stuff. He often does not even know the names of the players!! If you are still somewhat excited, this may hinder your experience as a fan. At times I often end up skipping the episode. I wonder if Sean should find a new cohost, someone that is interested in the current seasons of Survivor and actually watches them.

When they actually talk about Survivor, sure. But there’s so much other nonsense to wade through, like Evan’s travel schedule & how busy he is. Maybe it’s time for Sean to find a new co-host who actually wants to be there & isn’t “threatening” to leave all the time. GURL. It’s so off-putting & narcissistic & big head crazypants.
