    In this episode, we discuss Dr. Saundra Dalton-Smith’s article on the 7 types of rest that we all need. Because so many of us are feeling tired throughout the day even when we get a good night’s sleep, Mary and Cooper talk about the rest types we all need to include in our life: physical, mental, sensory, social, creative, emotional, and spiritual. According to Dr. Dalton-Smith, “We’re suffering from a rest deficit because we don’t understand the true power of rest. Rest should equal restoration in seven key areas of your life.”
