T.C. Morrison, Novelist

Inside the Minds of Authors

Happy Monday, my friend!

Welcome to Inside the Minds of Authors. The podcast that is dedicated to bringing you passionate authors with exciting books. I’m thrilled to have the talented novelist, Mr. T.C. Morrison, with us. We are chatting about his third novel, the hilarious SEND IN THE TORT LAWYER$.

Mr. Morrison is a retired lawyer with 45 years of experience in the field. Prior to becoming a litigation partner for three major law firms, he spent four years in the Air Force JAG Corps. With a very successful legal career under his belt, he focused his attention on one of his lifelong ambitions, writing a novel. Instead of writing a legal thriller, he used his experience to write about the humorous aspects of the law. He focused on the modern American litigation, and the fetish of filing class action lawsuits over every conceivable wrong or insult.

That led to his first book, TORT$ 'R' US. A farce about twin brothers who leave their lucrative practices with major law firms to start up a plaintiff's class action firm. The brothers are now dealing with a cascade of wacky clients, dubious opponents, and perplexed judges. At the same time, they are pursuing several bizarre class action lawsuits. The second book in the series was SEND IN THE TORT LAWYER$. The latest installment is SEND IN THE TORT LAWYER$. This new adventure brings on a new cast of wacky clients and cases.
