Great insight from an experienced pro team. All the behind the scene details and nuance of a pro triathlete life has me coming to listen again and again. Paula- Love her tenacity and mindset. Erik - very rational and even keeled in his approach. I see why Paula married Erik. Great blend of mindsets, they make a great team. Nick. Meh. They say what you find to be meh, you actually need more of that in your life. So...thank you for that.

Great podcast. One thing, when Nick does his surfer guy voice it physically hurts. That’s why it’s only 4 stars.

This podcast used to be a must listen but the last few months are so repetitive I’ve stopped listening. They say they get so so many questions each week so why do they pick the same ones? They also never want to give their race recaps which was a main reason I would listen.

A must listen for any triathlete! Eric, Paula, and Nick are so informative, and always so open to sharing their journey in the sport plus answering listener questions each week. They’ve built and amazing community
