Welcome to what I think is going to be a fiery episode, potentially! We are talking all about what Mums actually need and want vs what everyone else thinks we want and this is why I wanted to talk about this 👇🏼

This entire podcast is for bringing awareness of topics that actually we don't find comfortable talking about, because we don't want to upset or offend anyone. But like anything, unless we start talking about it then nothing changes and no one becomes aware of it.

I do hope that when listening to this you feel my passion in explaining certain aspects of motherhood and know everything is from a place of love, what I feel and have experienced and also what members of my audience and clients have shared with me.
