Mage Hand High Five

I love actual play podcasts but I have a hard time finding ones that aren’t TOO silly. I also crave interesting worlds and character development! This show is a nice balance of silly and serious. Even though they use d&d (not my favorite system to listen to), the world is thankfully not the forgotten realms! It’s so refreshing to hear a story in a different kind of world, and it gives this show an immediate appeal. Finally, unlike many other actual plays, the audio is GREAT and the players are confident from episode one! There’s no “wait til episode 13” caveats here—this is a show that is interesting, funny, and engaging and sounds great from the first minute.

I love this show! So exciting and fun. The characters are all great and the voices are amazing. Can’t wait for the next episode. Thank you!
