Tanya Hill

Tanya Hill is a pharmaceutical and biopharma commercial leader with Novo Nordisk, Baxter and most recently Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. She is originally from New Jersey where she completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Business/Marketing from Monmouth College/University and now lives in Pennsylvania. She has held both individual contributor and leadership roles in Market Access, Operations, Sales, Marketing and most recently Customer Experience. She has been involved leading and volunteering in two company ERGs focused on Women’s Leadership and has received two HBA awards. She has enjoyed mentoring others including company “Lean In” type of small group circles and in 1:1’s. She also enjoys volunteering for two organizations and continuing to get involved as an alumnus at her college.
