Tattoos hurt less when you're f****d up..

Sat down with a tattoo shop owner and we discussed how she got into the industry. She faced an immense amount of sexism/discrimination and despite it all, still pursued her dream. This was a very enjoyable conversation and it has a lot of application to so many other aspects of life. Enjoy
