I found Paula when I started to look for resources to teach my daughter violin 8 years ago. Over the years, I have learned so much from her about teaching, productivity, goal setting, and relationships; and not just the podcast but also by reading the books she recommends. She is articulate, organized, and just a joy to listen to.

I love this podcast! As a mom of three children taking music lessons, Paula’s insight on how to create consistency in a fun and easy environment is extremely helpful. She not only encourages me as a parent but as an individual as well. I especially enjoy her advice and insight on goal setting and growing the parent-child relationship. Thank you!

This podcast is great. Paula Bird has an incredible wealth of information. I always leave her podcasts feeling I have been truly inspired by someone who is clearly a lifelong learner and has so much valuable information to share. I am a piano teacher who has just begun to incorporate many of the ideas in the Suzuki method into my practice, as well as the parent of four little violin players. This podcast has been of such value to me. Highly recommend it.

Tuning in to Paula's podcast is like getting to sit down weekly to coffee with a wonderful mentor! Her insights and suggestions are encouraging and practical, plus it's always good to hear from an experienced teacher who truly loves her job! I am a Suzuki teacher in Houston, TX and I have listened to this podcast since the academic school year started in 2016. I start most of my teaching days by listening (or re-listening) to Paula E. Bird’s episodes. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this podcast. It really sets the day for me in a way that makes me inspired to share the wisdom of Dr. Suzuki and feel a stronger sense of community when I go through the periodic struggles of teaching. I formed a book club for my studio parents to reflect on her episodes. Paula E. Bird helps remind me that I can help to "change the world one child, one family, and one community at a time.”

Paula's podcast is a great resource for all new Suzuki teachers.
