Scott Geller, a behavioral Psychologist, who is an Alumni Distinguished Professor of Psychology at Virginia Tech and Director of the Center for Applied Behavior Systems. During our chat we discussed the importance of his organization, Actively Caring for People (AC4P) and we also covered topics such as selection by consequences and our drive as humans to either want to receive rewards or avoid consequences. He touches briefly on how the human mechanism contributes to our obsessive use of the "Skinner Box."
