Tell me something good (Hour 2)

Congress passed a Continuing Resolution to keep the federal government open, now it heads to the Senate. Hopefully, that'll pass the Senate, Biden will sign it before midnight, and the lights'll stay on! It's worth mentioning that yesterday the House had a bipartisan bill that looked ready to pass with strong support. That is, until an unelected man- the richest one in the world- ordered it taken out back and put down. To do this, Musk wrote over 100 posts, laden with lies, on X lambasting the bill and threatening Republican legislators who would vote for the original bill with a primary.

At the end of the hour, we're trying something new: ending it all with a little light. Jess P-S and Dom want to hear what's good, what's keeping you going. We'll keep this as a recurring segment to share what makes life worth living!
