I like your auto content. You absolutely have the right to express any opinion you like. Your knowledge of economics is extremely limited. You have no idea what you are talking about when it comes to tariffs and simply parrot what you hear in the mainstream media. Stick to your area of expertise. Yes prices would rise but have you ever considered what may be gained? Perhaps the economy of our country may be helped in the long run? Perhaps US manufacturing jobs will be preserved and even expanded? Perhaps we should not be taken advantage of by other nations? Perhaps we would like to stop or at least limit drug trafficking into our country? Perhaps the above is more important than a small increase in vehicle price? Perhaps the proposed tariffs are also a bargaining tool and are used as leverage to better our nation? Stick to automotive.
