That Fallout Show

I love this podcast. I found this podcast through Fallout Feed when they referenced the podcast that shall not be named. I did end up finding the “other” podcast and enjoyed that so much while I worked. After finishing that podcast I have moved on to this one. I feel like I am listening to my friends talk over Discord. One of the best podcasts ever.

I found y’all’s (yes I’m southerner originally from Louisiana) podcast a few weeks or so ago. Been binge episodes I’m on episode 51. What brought me to your podcast is about a month ago I got a call from the son of my best friend letting me know that he had passed away. I have been living in China for about 3 years now (the one listener you have from China is me). Since I was unable to be at his funeral, I decided to honor his memory by re-playing the Fallout series (except for Fallout 76 because I do not own it) and decided to find a podcast about Fallout, to keep the spark going till I finish my re-play. I meet him when I was at college and working at a ma and pa computer software store. He came into the store looking for a turn based battle game, we had a double pack of Fallout 1 and 2 that I sold him. After that he would stop by store once or twice week, we became friends. When Fallout 3, New Vegas and 4 came out we would spend hours talking to each other about the Fallout series about doing this to get that and if you had this perk you can get this dialogue that is different. We loved the Fallout series. I know 99.9% of your podcast is about 76 an understandable it’s the latest Fallout game but I know you all have a love for the series as we did and thank you for sharing it with us all. It has help me through a tough time missing a dare loving friend.
