That Tracks Podcast With Tim and Nick

That Tracks Podcast was born out of a bond that two dads formed in being fathers, traveling with their families, and discussing theme parks. Both Nick and Tim live in Central Florida and are surrounded by some of the most iconic theme parks in the world! Tim, aka @thetimtracker, is a YouTube vlogger and Nick, @thethemeparkdad, has his own social media channels. We both cover theme parks and travel through our channels, with a whole lot of influence of our lives in being fathers. This podcast has been designed to discuss all of that. From silly and inspiring moments of fatherhood, to theme park news, and even covering questions from all of you, we are here to discuss it all. You never know where the rollercoaster that is life will take you and we are here to talk about it! That tracks, right?

    Episode 048 - Nick and Francie share their Adoption Journey!

    In this episode, Nick is joined by Francie to discuss their adoption journey and answer some of your questions. They provide a history of how adoption had always been on their hearts and go into detail regarding the process. They describe how and why they ended up adopting from Colombia and discuss their time in country. They are blessed by Eithan daily and are so thankful to be able to call him "son!"     Episode 047 - The holidays have begun with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Jollywood Nights!

    The holidays have officially begin at Walt Disney World and Nick and Tim were there to experience it all! In this episode, Nick and Tim discuss their experiences with the first night of both Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party as well as Jollywood Nights. Tim recaps in detail some of his experiences at the events, while Nick shares what it was like being there for work. Did Nick have a better time at Jollywood Nights this year? Which event would the guys choose out of the two? You will have to listen to find out! Nick also spends time recapping his experience with runDisney's Wine and Dine weekend.     Episode 046 - Christmas is starting now at Fort Wilderness on Halloween!

    In this week's episode, Nick and Tim are tracking with you all live from Fort Wilderness Campgrounds on Halloween as Tim and the family have spent the week camping. Tim talks about their experience with camping, including trick-or-treating and the Halloween golf cart parade that takes place at the campgrounds. Nick shares his excitement about the upcoming Wine and Dine weekend with runDisney and also some of his concerns with all of the running ahead of him and lack of training. Tim and Nick also discuss some of the news our of Universal Orlando regarding Dark Universe. They also share their excitement as the holiday season is officially beginning at the theme parks in the Orlando area. They go over the menu for Mickey''s Very Merry Christmas Party and talk about some of the things they are most excited about.     Episode 045 - Reunited and ready to talk Cake Bake Shop, Epic Universe Tickets, Disney Cruise and more!

    In this episode, Nick and Tim are finally together again in person. They are recording from Disney's BoardWalk Inn as they tried the new Cake Bake Shop. They break down their experience at the restaurant and share what their favorite cake was. Tim shares his experience on the family's Halloween on the High Seas cruise, while Nick talks about his time at LEGOLAND Florida's Brick-Or-Treat and Busch Garden's Halloween Events. The guys also break down the different ticket options for Epic Universal at Universal Orlando and share what it was like securing tickets during the sale for Universal Annual Passholders.     Episode 044 - An EPIC Conversation with MagicandWishes about Epic Universe, Lightning Lanes and more!

    In this episode, Nick is joined by his long time friend, Allyson, otherwise known as magicandwishes on Instagram and TikTok! Allyson and Nick discuss their history of working together at Starbucks and what that experience was like. Allyson shares how she got started in the content creator space and what her journey has been like. Nick also shares more about the influence that Allyson has had on his journey in the space, including getting him started on Instagram. Allyson discusses her love for the details located in theme parks. From Disney, to Universal Orlando, to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, she has a love for all of them. At the end of the episode, Nick and Allyson discuss theme park news that was announced this week including the closure of Big Thunder Mountain, the new Premiere Lightning Lane pass at Disney, and details surrounding the Disney Adventure, one of Disney's brand new cruise ships.     Episode 043 - Our Experiences with Hurricane Milton

    In this week's episode, Nick and Tim share their experiences with the whirlwind that the week was in the state of Florida with Hurricane Milton. Nick describes his journey from Michigan and back home just in time for the storm's arrival. Tim discusses what his family faced during the storm as well. We know that the hurricane has been a focal point of the last couple of episodes, but it has had an impact on our weeks. We look forward to getting back into the groove of theme park news and appreciate you all continuing to track with us through all of life's events. Portions of the proceeds of this episode will be donated to the recovery efforts from Hurricane Milton. Our friends across the state of Florida are in our thoughts.

    Episode 042 - Preparing for Hurricane Milton & Answering Listener Questions

    In this episode, Tim and Nick discuss the looming hurricane that is supposed to be making it's way towards Florida this week. Nick is recording from his parent's house in Michigan, so he discusses some of the fall adventures that he has been on this weekend and the anticipation of traveling back to Florida to prepare for the storm. They also discuss some of the effects that the storm could have on the theme parks this week. At the end of the episode, Nick and Tim spend some time answering questions that were submitted from listeners on the podcast's Instagram account.     Episode 041 - Nick and Tim After Dark: Jollywood Nights Gifts, VIP Tours, Harry Styles Pop Ups and more!

    This episode begins on a serious note as Nick and Tim address the recent hurricane that has effected much of the Southeast, including states like Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina. Our hearts and thoughts go out to all of those effected by the storm. Portions of the what is earned from this episode will be donated to relief efforts.  Nick and Tim also break down their weeks and give updates on some of the exciting things that happened during the week. Tim discusses his VIP Tour at Walt Disney World with the family and some of the special memories made with his dad. He also shares more about his experience at the Pleasing pop up at Disney Springs, which is celebrating a collaboration with Harry Style's brand and Disney. Nick shares some highlights from his week as well including his experience with some of the Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month celebrations taking place around Walt Disney World. He also discusses Francie's birthday celebrations, which involved a lot of football. Does Tim know what a field goal is? You will have to listen to find out!
