Dare to Awaken

Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for guiding us of how to live a better life. I love to listen to your calm peaceful voice which helps me sleep better. Every time I listen I learn so much about life. So grateful that I found this podcast.

I have gained so much insight and I really appreciate Travis Elliott’s podcast and mission to helping others find the same serenity that he found through yoga and meditation. He has a way with speaking to me that really resinates to my heart and reminds me the importance of the practice of meditation.

It won’t be a full happy day without practicing or meditating with Travis from their various program. I like all since every aspect of talk and practice is so valuable to my daily life needs. Compassion, courage, challenge, generosity, balance and awaken to fully enjoy my life in a healthy way. I feel so lucky to find his program two years ago and fell in love with the program since!

Just listened to the first episode of this new podcast. Two things jumped out. Travis goes on about how hard 2020 was, including the "inevitable" chaos after the election. "Inevitable", really? It was not at all inevitable. Then he starts recounting the story of Ewen McGregor on his motorbike in Malaysia who has the option of turning in one direction toward Russia. Seriously? Go find a map. You mean Mongolia. Sloppy.
