The Access Point

I could relate to this episode especially when you all discussed how our beliefs towards work/boundaries are sometimes a result of our upbringings, I am paraphrasing. Also, how changing jobs is not respected by our parents who come from a more traditional path. I am currently in a job that I have been in the last 12 years, because my parents told me I need to get on a job and stay. While there has been some benefit to it, it has messed with boundaries I set for myself regarding how I show up for “me” and my company. With identifying this, I am ready to resume making moves and being ready to love my next job. Thank you!

Listened to this episode on the drive in to work and all I can say is this is about to be my new favorite podcast. Now i gotta go back and listen to the other seasons and get caught up. The nuggets dropped like a ton of bricks in my spirit. Being able to identify and put a name to my experiences is what I got from the first 20 minutes into it.
