Our 10-year-old son was diagnosed with ADHD two years ago. We found this podcast one year ago and our life has changed. No more super expensive talk therapy. Using Mike’s strategies and one of his coaches has changed our family life for the better for sure! I always learning from these episodes and I share them with my kiddos teachers, school counselors and caregivers. They all love it! You are changing lives. Thank you!

I have followed ADHD Dude for several years and then when I found out he was going to have an ADHD Guys podcast I was excited to check it out. I haven’t been disappointed!! I think some of these less than positive reviews are people who are put off by how straightforward they are, but it’s something I 100% appreciate. I appreciate the passion and knowledge they both. I am a solo parent of 2 kids and I don’t have time for fluffy advice. So if you want fluffy advice you won’t get it from them. Parenting is hard! Solo parenting is HARD! Solo parenting my ADHD kids with ADHD myself has felt impossible, but this podcast and Ryan’s program have been so helpful. During and after each episode I feel challenged yet motivated to be a better parent and I’m learning a lot about my own ADHD brain in the process! Thanks guys!!!

I find it really refreshing to have this information come from a man’s perspective. My husband and myself are finding it that our son has adhd, possibly some other things going on, and what you guys are saying is so true that i can’t believe it. I’m the mom and i want to protect and keep my child from harm, but by coddling and giving in to my sons whims I’m doing more damage than good. I used to undermine my husband and get upset if he disciplined in a way i didn’t think was right. I wondered why i didn’t have the respect of my kids, and not just my son. My older daughters too, who also most likely have adhd, undiagnosed. He said it’s because they know they can bend you. You’re not sturdy, make your yes’s mean yes and you’re no’s mean no. They’re looking for limits and boundaries and i want giving them. Children respond to discipline. And i loved that you said they rise to the occasion!! When we treat them like babies forever they resent us, and we wonder why we’re doing everything for them. I don’t have that problem but i see it now and it makes sense. When we expect things if then and hold them accountable, they will be so much better for it. They have to grow up sometime , why not do it with their best future in mind? Thank you!! Love this podcast
Excellent, practical advice for my ADHD son

Very useful, no nonsense advice for us raising a young boy (screen obsessed) with ADHD. I like the specific focus on young boys, and their behavior at school and at home.
