You need this more than you know

There is something so affirming by hearing WOC share not only their, strength but their struggle that brought them this strength. Vulnerability as a power instead of a poison is a message EVERYONE needs to hear. Just started this show from the beginning and I cannot get enough! I’m in love with this energy and how much it’s reminding me to protect my own.

More than a podcast

This is such a powerful podcast. The interviews are so honest, real, and open; they're like friends having conversations. What is covered on the show is so important; it's a really motivating show, very socially aware, and great advice.
