    Summary: Lee Deeply respects the wisdom and perspectives of the elders in our culture. The changes they have seen in their lifetime often provide useful insights about what lies at the heart of many of our current events.     TAA041: Can My Feet Support Me As Well As My Hands Have?

    Summary: Join Lee as he continues to share his insights and experiences in handling the challenges of aging. In this episode, he shares the difficulties of going blind in one eye. Aging forces us to accept who we are becoming. The question is: How are we dealing with those challenges? Are we sidelined by them, or do we choose to see these as opportunities to learn more about ourselves and the possibilities that our inevitable aging bring? Lee goes into his personal history in facing medical trauma, knowing that the master is not the one who has the best circumstance, but one who makes the best from any circumstance. I wanted to commemorate the accomplishments of the past 15 or so years of doing handstands and headstands around this great country of ours.     TAA040: Who You WERE vs. Who You ARE40

    Summary: Lee is back, this time to explore how our thoughts evolve with us. More specifically, this episode discusses the human value system and how it typically changes with the years. Human values are the virtues that guide us to take into account the human element when we interact with other human beings. They determine how we feel and treat others on a small and large scale. These values help us to determine what is right or wrong in our lives. Lee has observed that our values (e.g. Achievement, Hedonism, Security, Conformity, Tradition, Power, etc.) changes as we age. He offers 4 introspective questions (See below in the timestamps section) whose answers reveal who you were, as well as whom you have become in relation to your values. He also shares his own answers to these questions to show the changes that have occurred in his thinking over the past 25 years.     IGA037: Aging Differences: Men vs. Women: Who Wins??

    Summary: This episode digs into many topics (tangents??) as Lee takes a journey into exploring the different ways men and women age. He goes into detail about why these gender differences may exist and/or what may be causing them. Lee builds a solid case for his ending conclusion that women have to bare a greater burden in how our culture has depicted aging. Along the way to these conclusions, Lee talks about how "Placebos" have been used to influence our thinking, and the trickery of statistics, both of which provide intriguing side notes that contribute to a deeper understanding. This is definitely one for those who may be more intellectually inclined. But even if you find this level of detail boring, there are enough chuckles here to make it worth your while. "Women have stronger societal pressures to resist and hide the signs of their aging than men do. So it is no wonder men seem to have an easier time dealing with the signs of aging than women."
