    In this episode, I'm sharing something that's been very alive for me over the past few months. It's been a season of stretch, challenge, and pressure. The kind that exposes how busy the mind can be, how reactive we can become without realizing it, and how easily we lose touch with stillness in the middle of full lives and growing responsibilities. I talk about why stillness isn't passive, soft, or unproductive but a real leadership skill. I also share personally about the last four-ish months of my life.
