Customer Reviews
I love this show!
My hat goes off to Rachel from one mental health professional to another, the healing work is never done. This is amazing content she presents in her show! I can’t say enough good things about it! Especially the episode on Anger as a secondary emotion. That is literal 21 minutes of emotional health gold!!
This podcast is EVERYTHING!
One of my favorite podcasts! I laugh, I cry, I feel connected to people I’ve never met before—I feel like I see myself in a lot of these stories, and it makes me feel a little less alone in the world. My brain feels a little less tangled with this, and I absolutely love every episode.
Why is every podcast a sales ad?
Used to love the podcast until it became a long commercial for her course! What a waste of time to listen to the entire podcast only to be told that the answer you’re searching for is in her course!!!!
